By launching, playing, or otherwise using Farm Pond — Harvest Waters ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game. By joining Farm Pond, you join the farmyard family and accept these terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:
